Añadimos el resto de ingredientes y amasamos hasta obtener una masa homogénea y sin grumos de ningún tipo. &amp;nbsp;Dejamos reposar durante al menos una hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;(Aseguraos de poner los ingredientes en este orden, ya que la levadura biológica es bastante delicada. El el caso de que ésta entre en contacto directo con la sal, también mataría las bacterias de la levadura y sería como si no hubiésemos puesto ningún tipo de levadura).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Para el relleno, mezclamos todos los ingredientes hasta tener una pasta homogénea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Una vez la masa haya reposado y leudado (hasta triplicar su volumen),&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; line-height: 20px;"&gt;la estiraremos hasta conseguir un rectángulo con la ayuda de un rodillo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="background-color: white; line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Con la masa ya extendida, añadiremos el relleno. class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Seguidamente, separamos las claras de los huevos, montamos las claras a punto de nieve con una pizca de sal pero sin dejarlas demasiado secas y las reservamos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: con la mantequilla hasta que se haga una pasta uniforme; añadimos el Frangelico, las yemas de huevo, las avellanas trituradas y el chocolate previamente derretido al baño María o en microondas (cuidado de no quemarlo si lo hacéis así). En este momento, tendremos una pasta bastante densa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Una vez tengamos todos los ingredientes juntos, iremos añadiendo en tres tandas las claras de huevo a punto de nieve a nuestra mezcla.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Engrasamos el molde (o lo encamisamos) y la introducimos al horno durante 40 minutos. text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace;"&gt;Tamizamos la harina sobre los huevos y añadimos las almendras encima, la esencia de almendra y removemos todo con una espátula hasta que esté bien mezclado.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Si esta mezcla quedara demasiado “pesada” añadir una cucharadita de leche y batir un poco mas.&lt;br /&gt;Dividir la mezcla entre los papelitos llenándolos solamente 1/3 de la capacidad. class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#666600;"&gt;Para la masa, cortamos la margarina en daditos y la mezclamos con las manos con la harina y el azúcar hasta obtener miguitas.
